How to bring your Cysterhood herbies ALIVE:

Place 1 heaped teaspoon of Cysterhood tea into a strainer or pot (if your pot is big you may wish to add more tea). Fill with of boiling water and let it brew for 6-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy.


Each bag contains approximately 30 serves (depending on how strong you make it).

We recommend 2-4 cups per day for optimal results whilst working on hormone imbalances, and then 1-2 cups daily for management.

It has been specifically created to be taken throughout all phases your menstrual cycle and can also be taken alongside other medications and fertility treatments once cleared with your health practitioner.



TIP:
