HOW TO USE

Use 1 teaspoonful of tea with 1 cup of boiling water. Let the herbs brew for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Drink: 1 to 2 cups daily, or as required.

Smooth tea for pregnancy

This is my second pregnancy taking Bumphood and I really enjoy the taste. The herbs are not too overpowering, especially throughout the first trimester when your senses are a little sensitive. I will usually have 1-2 cups a day before a meal. I definitely recommend to my future Mama friends🙂

Cysterhood to bumphood!

Delighted to be moving on to bumphood! I had ordered a pack a long time ago I hope I would need it, starting drinking it from embryo transfer day onwards and now I’m pregnant!

Miracle tea!

In my last pregnancy, I was sooooo sick and couldn't keep anything down. It hit me like a train at about 5.5 weeks. I'm pregnant again and the nausea was mild but present at 4 weeks, I started taking bump hood every night from 5 weeks when it arrived and so far I'm not feeling nearly as bad as my first pregnancy! I'm 7 weeks now and am happy and able to function properly, haven't even vomited once and it's amazing! Tip: Take magnesium tablets too, I've just started taking these at night with bumphood and its added an extra layer of help
