I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Zenhood!!

Usually, it is difficult for me to unwind and I would lay there awake for hours whilst my partner snores next to me haha! HOWEVER... with Zenhood, i'm the one snoring away first. Even with my terrible habit of scrolling on my phone before bed, I catch myself falling asleep. I have never fallen asleep so quickly and without waking up during the night!

Honestly, I never expected the tea to work so quickly but im so grateful that I was wrong. I also bought Cysterhood and Chiahood and waiting a little longer to see results (which is expected). I will be sure to update you all on further progress (and hopefully a cysterhood baby as I am ttc) . Thank you so so much Brigitte xxx

I love having the zenhood tea as part of my nighttime wind down routine while I read. It has a really nice taste and makes me feel really calm. When I have the tea I fall asleep quicker.
