Delicious tea, perfect way to wind down and help with a peaceful night sleep.

Absolutely love drinking this before bed! Helps me relax and wind down! It always take me about an hour or so of tossing and turning till I fall asleep but I’ve found that this helps me fall asleep faster. Bought some for my mother and mother in law also and they love it too.

I am not a huge tea drinker, but I look forward to enjoying a cup at the night before bed. It's a lovely tea to drink and it really helps to relax and unwind your body before bed. I love how you can see every herb in the blend.

I have only been drinking this tea for a week and I am impressed! So far I have felt less irritated, I have been sleeping better, my bloating has decreased and I have been able to stop drinking coffee. Very happy!

I've been having 1 teaspoon of this tea most mornings in a pot with my Cysterhood tea and I've absolutely noticed a difference in how I feel. When I have smaller amounts of this tea during the day it keeps my cortisol down and helps me feel more regulated and able to get through stressful/hard work days, without me feeling drowsy.

I have only had the full dose of this tea a few times before bed but have also noticed a huge difference in how easy it is to wind down (and how quick it is) when I do.

& as an extra perk, this is the prettiest tea ever- I love making it.
