I cant respond to your comment nice try saving face i didnt get a refund. And it was 2 weeks before my order processed i tried changing the adress and reached out to you and you said oh im sorry lovely that went to spam when i reached out and said you charged my card 2 weeks later. you didnt refund my card until yesterday after i started leaving reviews you told me you couldnt refund me still a month later then i started posting reviews and finally got what i requested. None of that was my fault all of that was your sites fault i tried logging in numerous times to change my adress and requesting a password reset and it never came. When i reached out i thought youd provide me a way to reset my password and get into my account like most do. Then i responded right away with a new adress and it went to your spam you shouldve refunded me right away rgardless of tracking down a package on your mistake. If i hadnt reached out weeks prior to it shipping and it was my mistake i wouldnt even be upset but no these were your mistakes.
really loved the tea and bath salts and wanted to remain a subscriber. however i was moving and new town so i tried to change my adress and it wouldnt let me log in or change my password so i reached out to them and instead of providing a way for me to reset my password myself they said they would change it. well they never did it shipped to my old adress and they never refunded me. they said they needed to track it down and get a return so even if the new people keep the mail you dont get a refund. save your self time and money i would find different bath salts and teas theres plenty more out there for pcos. horrible customer service

We are so sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, this is something we take very seriously.
All of our subscribers can log into their own account at anytime to change their subscription details, and when you contacted us we said
we would be more than happy to help assist you as you were having trouble logging in- We asked for your new address details, however as your order has already been fulfilled we were not able to change the address (we require a minimum 48hrs to be able to make any changes to subscription orders) and we would need to work out where it had been sent (to see if it could be redirected to your new address). When we recieved confirmation it couldnt be redirected we refunded your entire order and we cancelled your subscription as requested. We are truly sorry your order didnt arrive but believe we did all in our power to help you.

I swear by this herbal blend, every new mum should drink it postpartum without a doubt. I haven’t missed a day for 8 weeks after having my baby.
I have been drinking this tea and I must say I absolutely loved both of then! The smell and the taste is divine! Been gifted from my friend however I’m going to stock up on it and order more for the future!
they said to start drinking it at least 4 weeks before your due date! Well I started with one cup then added an extre in the last couple of weeks! I was still a few days late but I beleive the tea has helped a lot. Btw I’m loving all their range but particularly this tea also one of my favorite!
