I came off the pill a year ago and my hormones went crazy. Things have started to settle over time but although I’ve only been drinking the Cysterhood tea for a month, I’ve been following Brigitte for a few months and using all her tips and my cycle is returning to normal and all the bad symptoms I was experiencing are going. The tea itself taste nice and I’ve been ovulating the last 2 months so I would definitely recommend the tea, but also following Brigitte and PCOS to wellness to help with your journey!

Prob a bit too soon to say if any actual benefits but tastes so good & not sure if psychological but certainly feels calming & a great way to get turmeric in everyday
